Patrol Division
The patrol division is responsible for enforcement of the laws of the state, service of official paperwork, and as well as answering emergency calls across the county. The patrol division has deputies on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Additional deputies can be called out at any time they are needed day or night and even on holidays. Between the local police departments, the West Virginia State Police, and the Wayne County Sheriff's Department there will always be a law enforcement officer there when you need them most. Below are the deputies you may encounter on a daily basis whether at the scene of an emergency or in passing.
